Why SafeTools exists
Everyday files often need one small job: turn a contact backup into a spreadsheet, remove location details from a photo, or make a PDF easier to print. Many websites make that job feel bigger than it should be by asking you to create an account or send them a personal file.
SafeTools is a collection of straightforward tools built around a simple idea: you should be able to finish the job and keep control of your file.
What you can do here
- Convert VCF contact backups to CSV or Excel.
- Turn a contact spreadsheet into a file ready for a phone or address book.
- Remove hidden location, camera and personal details from photos.
- Prepare PDFs in grayscale or black and white for printing and sharing.
Our approach
The tools are free, need no account and keep your files on your device. We aim to explain the choices that matter before you download a result, such as whether a photo was converted or whether a PDF may be smaller or larger than the original.
Keep the original file until you have checked the result. That is good practice with any file conversion service, including this one.
