CSV to vCard converter
Your spreadsheet is read in this tab and never sent anywhere. Nothing is uploaded, stored or logged.
Bring a spreadsheet of contacts back to your phone. SafeTools reads the column headings, lets you check each field, then creates a contact file ready to import.

Loading the tool…
how your file is handled
- Your file stays with you. It is handled on your device while you use the tool.
- Nothing is saved. When you finish or close the page, your file is not kept by SafeTools.
- It can work offline. After the page loads, you can carry on even when your connection drops.
how to use it
- 01Drop your CSV file onto the box above. A file exported from Google, Outlook or this site is recognised automatically.
- 02Check the column mapping and fix any column it read wrongly. Anything it could not place is listed.
- 03Download the .vcf and open it on your phone, or import it into your address book.
questions
- Is my contact list uploaded anywhere?
- No. The conversion happens on your device. SafeTools does not upload, store or share your contact list.
- Which column names does it understand?
- It recognises common headings used by Google Contacts, Outlook, Apple and SafeTools, including names, companies, phone numbers, emails and addresses. You can choose a field yourself if it is not recognised.
- Which vCard version does it write?
- The download is made for broad compatibility with iPhone, Android, Google Contacts and Outlook.
- What happens to a contact with several phone numbers?
- Each becomes its own TEL line with the type taken from the column heading, so a Home Phone column becomes a home number and a Mobile Phone column becomes a mobile. Addresses work the same way, so home and work addresses stay separate.
